'The staff is very rude. I've called 4 times for them to release the hold on my card from the deposit. I've talked to 2 different people and both stated they would email a receipt and they still never sent it. Keep the money I guess someone there needs it. Use it for all the mold and nasty carpet'

'Location was great for our travel plans. Easy to find and get to. Our upstairs room was lovely, however the stairs were not ideal (we are in our 70’s ) for carrying luggage. Website said there was an elevator but we couldn't find it. We stayed in the main house which is also lovely. Property was lovely. Check-in was easy although there were no staff which is stated on the website. There was a sign posted in the kitchen about ‘due to staff shortages’….so we completely passed on breakfast...

'What an adorable cottage! Everything was so clean and the location to where we needed to be was ideal. We had a wonderful experience with the neighbors, too. Would definitely stay here again. Roll Tide!'

'Parking was easy. The AC Unit was loud and very disturbing when it kicked on, the bathtub was pretty gross. I originally booked a room with 1 King Bed, when I called on my way to confirm my room, as I was arriving late, I was told the King Bed rooms were filled. Which was fine b/c my daughter ended up wanting to stay in the room, but when I got there .. even though they already filled my reserved King Bed Room, they charged me more money for the room with 2 beds ... Bad Business'
