« Check in took 30min or more cause of overbookings. The general manager or other manager did not come out to help get things moving at front desk as all work fell one clerk or team member. Room air conditioning was loud waking us up all through the night. »

« The door was sticky, not a problem. The humidity does that. Staff was helpful, as they saw me struggling with the door. My only complaint was the walls are so thin we could hear the neighbors from both sides. For the price, not bad. »
