The apartment is located in the renowned town of Golfo Aranci, just a few kilometers from Olbia, the Costa Smeralda, and Porto Cervo.

The area is well-served by all major amenities: bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and supermarkets.



The apartment features two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a small terrace!



The space

The50-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (stairs required to access it).



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, dining table, TV, split A/C, and access to a small terrace;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and access to the small terrace;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and closet;

- BEDROOM II with a bunk bed and closet;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- SMALL TERRACE with table, chairs, armchairs, and a sunshade.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system heating, split-system air conditioning (in the living room and kitchenette ONLY), washing machine, hair dryer, mosquito screens (in both bedrooms), clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Waste Management (mandatory)

During their stay, guests must dispose of trash daily, sorting it by type and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated on the calendar.

There are no trash bins or recycling stations in the city, but door-to-door collection is provided; therefore, only small amounts of pre-sorted waste may be kept inside the home.

Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of 150.00 euros being charged to the guest.

7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Olbia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, you will be charged €20 for each set of linens used.

- From the train station, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi in just 22 minutes (16.8 km) or by renting a car.



- If you’re traveling by car, free on-site parking is available (NOT guaranteed).
