'The hostess was very rude, loud and had a language barrier. It's advertised as a hotel Holiday inn and when you get there it's a old house with a couple of bedrooms downstairs, over the two days I stayed there I saw so many people walk in and out because it is not appropriate to stay in, it should be closed down. they don't get a refund, they can't. it's a trap, it is a scam. it should be taken off your website . We paid $518 for two nights we had no TV no microwave the room was disgusting we...

'Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. '

'Apartment was great, amazing views across the lake. A bit confusing trying to collect the key and parking, but we got in after a while. Bit pricey as only had 1 bathroom, but it was easter weekend, so we had to make it work for us.'

'一年程前に、クリーンで、駐車場も安全で、オーシャンビューがとても良かったので、こんかい2回目の訪問でした。今回はマウンデビューの方に宿泊したのですが、三階で周りのビルしか見えない部屋だったので、マウンテンビューと書いてはいけないと思います。部屋も隣のビルから丸見えなので、カーテンを閉めるとなおさら綺麗なお部屋ですが、暗いイメージで残念でした。 ちょうど10時チェックアウトでドアから出ようとした瞬間、お掃除の人がノツクもしないで外から鍵を開けられて、ドアで、はちあわせになりました。着替えていたら？トイレに行っていたら？とこんなに簡単に部屋に入ってくるのかと思うとセキュリティ上で怖くなりました。'

'Great location and very good reception staff. No lifts so if stairs are a problem probably best to give it a miss or ask for a room at ground level. Only real downside was the very soft mattress - not great for those of use with bad backs'

'Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, great location and the pool was nice. Our apartment was well equipped, however it needs a bit of a deep clean as it does have a bit of a smell. The roller blinds have some mould spots on them, the couch cushions were a bit smelly & there was a bit of cobweb on the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms. '
