« Very clean house with stunning views of the Skykomish river with mountains behind. There were a few little treats left by the owner which enhanced the stay. Overall though, I felt safe and loved the vibe and history of the place. We immediately felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. Our stay was pleasant. »

« Upon entering the lobby it had a strong musty odor. The same overwhelming smell was in the room. Sheets were stained and room was not cleaned. My son found a half empty coke bottle and my daughter found another guest’s underwear. Sink had grime in it. Obviously the room was not cleaned properly. When I told the front desk they did not seem to care and stated they couldn’t refund me since I waited until night to report this. « The staff was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the history of the property. My room was clean, there were plenty of towels, and a wonderful bed, with a variety of pillows. The greenbelt and a path to the river made walking my dog very enjoyable. »
