Beletage 4:
The Beletage 4 of the "Villa Ostseeblick" is 100 m² in size and has underfloor heating for 4 persons (bookable for a maximum of 4 adults + 1 child up to 2 years). The living space of 45 m² is generously furnished and designed with pink Portogallo marble fine stone. Large sliding doors open the window fronts to the 32 m² surrounding balcony, to the south overlooking the Baltic Sea and to the east overlooking the island of Oie and the 100-year-old oak. The architectural design and an awning protect against excessive sunlight and in the evening, a wood-burning stove invites you to idyllic hours. A seating group in white leather is facing the Baltic Sea. The LOEWE 42 "100 Hz flat screen for" digital Full HD "TV with DVD / BluRay player also has digital and internet radio and is very easy to handle with only one remote control. This will make your new home a true holiday experience. A spacious dining area made of solid oak wood furniture and the open kitchen, which is equipped with a countertop granite, bar counter, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster first class, complete the well-being in our Beletage apartment. The Beletage 4 has two bedrooms with original comfort box spring beds for orthopedically correct lying and healthy sleeping at different degrees of hardness. To fall asleep, you can choose a soothing and relaxing color light, or you turn off the bedroom completely tension-free. For relaxing hours after a busy day, there is also a TV in the bedroom. If you feel asleep in the open, just open the sliding door to the eastern part of the wrap-around balcony. Then you can even experience the sunrise with a view of the 100-year-old oak tree. Two bathrooms, one with bath, the other with floor-level shower guarantee the ultimate in bathing fun - even with soft music or the latest news. Both bathrooms are comfortably equipped with a toilet, a vanity unit and a mirror cabinet with vanity mirror and hairdryer.  Please understand that smoking is not allowed in the house and the apartments. 

The 5 * holiday home with stunning views of the Baltic Sea and Bodden. In light terracotta, the "Villa Ostseeblick" rises almost weightlessly over the hills of the idyllic Boddenlandschaft of the peninsula Mönchgut. Here, where the island of Rügen is the most beautiful, high windows on surrounding balconies open a fantastic view without equal, to the south on the Baltic Sea, to the west on the Greifswalder Bodden and the Zicker mountains and to the east on the island of Oie and the 100 year old oak. The romantic, unspoiled south beach is just a five-minute walk away and the sophisticated bathing life of the seaside resort of Göhren, the North Beach and the spa promenade with Kneipp garden are very close.   Our six apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (in the garden floor1 only 1 bath) are the ideal holiday home for friendly couples or families. Built in 2010, the "Villa Ostseeblick" is modern and furnished in the spacious and luxurious style of Mediterranean summer villas. Interior and furnishings were supplied by the best German brand companies. Due to the outstanding standards, the Villa Ostseeblick was awarded five stars by the German Tourism Association for maximum comfort. In the light-flooded lightness of penthouse, beletage and garden floor there is a unique healthy feel-good climate, which is guaranteed by sophisticated ecological construction, latest technology and with great attention to detail. High-quality clay tiles ensure optimum moisture regulation, natural cellulose wool protects the roof from harmful substances and in the bedrooms electromagnetic fields can be completely switched off. In addition, the water is always freshly heated in the innovative solar water heater. Electricity, heating and heat are generated in the "Villa Ostseeblick" with solar energy. The "Villa Ostseeblick" proves that ecological and health-conscious living can also be implemented for style-conscious holiday guests with the highest standards. Original murals by Rüganer painter Dagmar Holz correspond with the unmistakable surrounding landscape. Baltic Sea beach, Boddenlandschaft and pine forests formulate the leitmotif for this new domicile by the sea - which was realized with committed dedication to the ancient cultural landscape of the biosphere reserve southeast Rügen. A beautifully grown 100 year old oak tree is the landmark of the Villa Ostseeblick. For all apartments have their own parking space, as well as a separate storage room for luggage, bicycles, sports or beach equipment available. There is also a parking space for bicycles, a barbecue area and a washing and drying machine. The modern bio sauna, in combination with infrared C heat radiation, steam bath and collagen forming light, offers relaxation not only in the cold season. Free access to the high speed internet and free phone calls in the German landline are a matter of course. Each apartment has its own mailbox, so you can have the mail or newspaper sent to you.  The Villa Ostseeblick is facing south and is very quiet in the Kneipp spa town Ostseebad Göhren Schlötel, a barely used residential road on the edge of meadows and forests of the biosphere reserve, 200m from the sea. Die Wohnung ist Top einfach nur wunderbar. Der Ort Göhren ist eine kleine Perle und die Gegend ein Traum. Hier hat man alles....Strände....Wald...etwas shopping...Gastronomie....eine Seebrücke und den Nordperd. Diesen haben wir oben und unten am Ufer komplett zwei mal umwandert....herrlich. Familie Martini ist sehr freundlich...alles fantastisch. Wir kommen wieder !!🤗
