« Host was very helpful and apartment served what was needed for a few nights stay. (Could use drinking glasses, not just wine glasses and coffee cups.) City shut off water with no notice the first day; not the hosts fault, but an inconvenience. Apartment either below or next door must have a smoker, smell was pervasive in the evenings. »

« Pros: The room was great and very clean, with a nice large bathroom and large bed with closet and microwave/coffeemaker. Cons: The host never responded to my messages. Also, I don't know if it was the host or another guest, but the part of the home that was unavailable due to host restrictions had SO MUCH NOISE. The night of 5/8/26 at 4am woke me and my friend up and kept us up for an hour. Overall it was a decent stay, but I don't see myself returning to Cozy Studio Min. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our trip. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. « Overall I was very satisfied and thought it was a great little studio for a working professional. My one complaint, and communicated to the property owner, was the window AC unit filter was extremely dirty. Didn't impact it working, but not a good look. She was responsive, though I didn't request action as I just cleaned myself. Pic is of bathroom exhaust that gives a idea of AC. Given it's a small space, would've been nice to have a mini ironing board and iron.Would easily stay here again and...
