In this beautiful Scandinavian wooden house on a secluded garden plot high above the sea, you will be on holiday from the very first minute. Enjoy the peace and quiet, the sea air and the fantastic sea view over the Holnis peninsula with the inner and outer fjord to the Danish coast.

You will also feel at home here in the colder months of the year. The house is well insulated, cosily furnished and pleasantly warm thanks to the fireplace and electric radiators (new: infrared heating).

Start the day with a nice breakfast in the morning sun on the new terrace and watch the maritime activity on the Baltic Sea. And if it starts to rain, just stay seated - the terrace is partially covered.

The house is protected from the west wind by its hillside location.

Public transport links are located within walking distance.

A car park is available on the property.

One pet is allowed.

Smoking and the celebration of events are not permitted.
