The Holiday Rendez Vous Residence is located right in the heart of Pineto, just a short walk from the beach and the main street. Apartment 49, on the CIELO floor—the fourth floor from the residence’s main entrance, also accessible by elevator—is a three-room apartment featuring a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, cookware, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and a gas stovetop, as well as a TV area and a sleeper sofa. The living room opens onto a spacious terrace facing both south and west, furnished with a table and chairs—ideal for those who want to enjoy the outdoors—and offering a side view of the sea. The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom furnished with a double bed and a closet, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, and one bathroom with a shower stall and a washing machine. Just 50 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coastline, you’ll reach the golden-sand beach, and in just a 10-minute walk, you can reach the Cerrano Tower, an ancient port that is now home to the Marine Protected Area bearing the same name, “Torre del Cerrano.” The Residence offers free access to the swimming pool for guests’ exclusive use, with Wi-Fi included. Furthermore, for your added convenience, upon arrival you’ll find an initial supply of bed linens and towels included in the price. The apartment is air-conditioned.
