It is the ideal address for a family and friendly holiday in the countryside (ideal accommodation to disconnect, no Wi-Fi).

>Located only 2 km from the magnificent Gimel Waterfalls, the house offers you a nice proximity to the treasures of the region. You will be not far from the Domaine du Château de Sédière, Tulle, Brive, and the lake of Marcillac-la-Croisille (perfect for water activities and swimming).

The exteriors:
Enjoy a large green plot surrounding the house, ideal for children to play freely. A table, garden chairs and a small portable barbecue are at your disposal for your outdoor meals.

The living space (First floor):
A large, bright and open living room includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a dining area. A washing machine is also at your disposal.

The sleeping area (Upstairs):
Upstairs, you will enjoy a beautiful space under the roof converted into a large open mezzanine. Ideal for a family, this unique space includes:
Two large double beds (140x190), cleverly separated by a curtain to preserve everyone's privacy.
An additional single bed.
A very warm "gîte" style configuration!
