New elevator installed. It is on the fourth floor. The entire apartment, with the exception of the master bedroom, faces outward. All rooms, including the master bedroom, are very bright. The entire living area is surrounded by an exterior balcony. In addition, the bedrooms each have a small balcony.

We are two brothers who will be available at all times and who also live near the apartment



The apartment is located in the Laviada neighborhood, right next to downtown Gijón and close to numerous amenities. There are supermarkets very close to the apartment.



It takes 10 minutes to walk to the city center. Poniente Beach is an 8-minute walk away, and San Lorenzo Beach is a 15-minute walk away. Very close to both stations: 4 minutes by bus and 7 minutes to the train station.



Smoking is prohibited on the premises; pets are not allowed; parties are prohibited; and guests must comply with community living rules. Affordable parking available nearby. Free street parking is also available.
