As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, hob, oven, kettle, microwave, kitchenware. You’ll also have access to a washer / dryer so you can pack light. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and Umee fast broadband internet, Wi-Fi.

This is a Stunning studio apartment in the new E1 development that can sleep upto 3 people. There is a king size bed / sofa and in addition a single bed with under storage to store luggage.

There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and double sink and wonderful shower.

Linen and towels are all included plus loo roll, hand soap and cleaning products.

As you can see from the pictures, the development has an onsite wellness centre that includes swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym, changing room and spa treatments. There is a fee to use these facilities and the prices will be provided by the reception team whom are located at the basement level of the development.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is the option of car parking at the premises for an additional £15p.n. and need to be booked in advance of your stay.
- Pets are considered at the property.

When possible, your host 'Keith' will meet you in the Lobby of the building to provide you with keys and any additional information you may require during your stay. There is also an option to self check-in with a key lock box on the door frame of the apartment.
