The house is built on three levels, the lower one with a veranda
with table tennis table and foosball table, consisting of a large dining room with a fireplace in
masonry fireplace and a large wooden dining table, complete with double sofa bed; from the aforementioned
room leads to a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and
refrigerator with freezer. The sleeping area comprises: two double bedrooms with dresser and
wardrobe and a twin with bunk beds, a laundry room with bathroom and shower.
The ground floor, the floor from which the property is accessed, consists of a cosy
living room with a sofa with peninsula, a coffee table made of wood and wrought iron, a low table for the
TV and a table clearing with several compartments at your disposal. From the living room you have access to a
comfortable equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The first floor comprises a double bedroom with a chest of drawers and two bedside tables, with
adjoining bathroom with shower and a small private veranda overlooking the pool.

The entrance to the house is through a large forecourt used as a private parking area. Attention, however, is drawn to the magnificent swimming pool with jacuzzi that dominates the entire veranda, with barbecue and brick seats. The pool is open from April until October inclusive.

The entire Villa is furnished and equipped to ensure every comfort for guests who choose it. The garden furniture, such as rocking chairs, deckchairs, masonry seats, allow you to enjoy the Villa in extreme comfort even outdoors and are all available to you, the guests.
