'We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact.'

'My room was very clean, the AC worked great, everything in the room was satisfactory, except for the Wi-Fi. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great views from the top of the building where there is a small pool. So far so good'

'We had a wonderful stay here. Communication was good and fast, and the staff was friendly. The only point of improvement I have is the check-in time. I came directly from the airport. And when we arrived at the accommodation, we had to wait for 45 minutes to an hour before we could go to our apartment. Because we had to wait for the agent. After a long flight, you just want to go to your room and relax. Nonetheless, the agent was very friendly and helpful. So 5 stars.'
