  • Charming, newly renovated 3 story home located in the heart of downtown, historic Gettysburg. Lincoln Square, Lincoln Train Station, local shops, many restaurants, Majestic Theater, Gettysburg College are all within a few minutes’ walk.

    Our home offers comfortable sitting areas with smart TVs, on all three levels, providing plenty of areas for relaxing. Our third level sitting area has a game table for games of chess, checkers, backgammon, cards and games. We have an original claw foot soaking tub to enjoy after a day spent touring the Gettysburg Battlefields. No worries, the tub also is equipped with 2 shower heads.

    We have a lovely front porch with rockers and a quaint, shaded sitting area out back. This sweet home boasts of many cozy areas to congregate and the eat in kitchen is no exception. The kitchen table can seat 8. Our kitchen is newly equipped with a gas range/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, blender and plate/ cup service for 12.

    Free high speed internet and basic cable are provided. We also have an assortment of teas and coffees for your enjoyment as well as a DeLonghi coffee system for our coffee connoisseurs, along with a coffee grinder to make the most perfect cup of Joe. No worries, if a more simple coffee or tea is preferred .. a Keurig is also available. We offer a keyless entry system into our home for easy access to come and go as you please. For your convenience, we offer 2 complimentary parking spaces on the 1st floor of the covered parking garage, literally just a few steps away from the house.

    Our home has been fully approved by the Borough of Gettysburg and is ADA compliant, having a first floor ADA accessible outdoor ramp, full bath and first floor bedroom.

    Our home is directly across the street from the well known civil war monument, located next to the Gettysburg Fire Department.

    We ask that respectful noise levels be observed after 10:00pm, so as not to disturb neighbors.

Pete and Tina are amazing! Place was super clean! Communication was wonderful! Location is perfect! Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware/appliances (even a pizza cutter!), tons of towels and blankets, and even games! Already recommending for others to stay here and will be back when I go back to Gettysburg.

Home is in a perfect downtown location, walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and bars. Garage parking was a bonus for our group. Every amenity was useful and well thought out by our wonderful hosts. The coffee station had more than expected and the homemade snacks were delicious. We even left with a recipe or 2. Tina and Pete are awesome HOSTS and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Everything was excellent. The house is better in person than on the app. The host were efficient on any questions we had and they left us a delicious treat chocolate cookies, and lemon blueberry scones. We had a great time.

This was our third time staying at Pete and Tina’s place. It is still as good as it gets for a VRBO rental. Spacious, updated, and super clean. They provide everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry area. The location is tremendous to walk to restaurants and shops near the square in Gettysburg. Their communication for entry procedures, dedicated parking and Wi-Fi access is thorough and clear. We love this place. Pete and Tina make the stay very welcoming.

Tina and Pete were wonderful hosts. Their home was clean and offered everything you would want to relax after a day of touring the battlefields. We loved the outdoor sitting space. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning breakfast.The ADA accommodations made the home even more accessible for our elderly parents. We had a lovely time there.

Pete and Tina have made an absolutely lovely and comfortable space in Gettysburg that allows anyone to relax and enjoy all this historic town has to offer. Especially appreciated the coffee bar and enjoying that first (and second) cup on the front porch. Very important that it has an accessible first floor with no steps and spacious bedroom and bathroom. We hope to come back and enjoy this amazing space again.

Great place to stay! Awesome location and comfortable home. My only regret is not knowing about it sooner! Parking spots are a total upgrade! Friends stopped by and very jealous if this great home. You will not be disappointed. Tina is a great host and honestly best Vrbo I have used to date.

Beautiful place with plenty of antique charm, right at the heart of downtown Gettysburg. The amenities are modern in terms of comfort and technology, but the period decor is faithfully preserved and maintained. The hosts are extremely nice.

We have stayed in short term rentals for years and have never had such a thoughtful host. For three moms traveling for a break her hospitality was a breath of fresh air. Home was clean and well stocked.

Highly recommend! My family and I vacation a lot and this is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. Owner literally thought of everything from coffee to extra linen. Owner definitely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The scones and cookies were absolutely delicious. Our kids enjoyed the games. Location is great and close to everything. 5/5 would definitely stay here again :)
