Nothing Fancy Older Pet Friendly Home – near I-95

Enjoy your very own country living retreat! Our pet friendly home sleeps 8 with a large fenced in yard, so bring the kids & furry friends. There is a big backyard and lots of trees providing privacy. The fence is older but secure enough for your pets. Guests please know this is an older house inside. The finishes are older and cheaper. We are 1 min from I-95 & within 15 minutes of restaurants, golf course, & wedding venues.

Guests that are very sensitive to smell should not book this place

BEDROOMS:
The home has 3 bedrooms total with the ability to sleep 8 guests.

Living Room: Queen Sized Sofa Sleeper

All three bedrooms are located upstairs which include 2 queen-sized beds & 1 twin-sized bed. 2 of the bedrooms have their own TV mounted on the wall, linens provided, comfortable mattresses & black out curtains. All three bedrooms upstairs share a full-sized bathroom with a bath/tub combo which has towels & complimentary shampoo, conditioner, & body wash.

In the living room one of the couches pulls out into a queen-sized sofa sleeper.

LIVING SPACE:
Inside you will be greeted by a sunroom with built in bookshelves; a good location to drink your morning coffee, curl up with a book, or chat over your evening beverage. Once inside there is a large living room with 2 couches, one of them featuring a sofa sleeper, & a smart Roku TV. The dining area overlooks the living room & seats up to 6 people. There is a dedicated workspace in the sunroom with a full desk and chair. Feel free to move things around if it makes the space better for you!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, & dishwasher. All utensils, cookware, & dishes are provided as well as a regular drip coffee pot & a Keurig with pods available. There is ample counter space & everything you need to cook up a delicious meal during your stay!

Downstairs you will find a half bath/laundry room for you to use during your stay.

OUTSIDE:
There is plenty of room for the kids and dogs to run around in the massive fenced in yard. The fence is older and wobbly but should definitely keep your pets in the yard securely. You will feel like you are on your own little homestead when you walk out the backdoors trees, and a garden right there. As you walk out of the house you will be greeted by a patio with an outdoor dining set. Off to the right there is another patio that is covered with string lights, hammock chairs, & plenty of other seating to enjoy the beautiful weather. Guests again please note that the pictures were all taken professionally and this entire area is nice and gets the job done but if you’re expecting a super luxury backyard this is not it! The house backs up to a tree line so you do not have to worry about noisy neighbors & can enjoy a peaceful countryside retreat.

Up front there is plenty of room for parking & the entrance to the home does entail a couple of steps.

LOCATION:
While at the home you will be conveniently nestles between Georgetown & Rowley, only a 1-minute drive to I-95 to easily get around the area. The house is conveniently located near several wedding venues, golf courses, & local wineries. The commuter rail to easily get to & from Boston is a quick 4-min drive away. When staying in your very own countryside retreat it is an easy drive from several surrounding metro areas, perfect for a lovely weekend retreat!

Enjoy a cozy & quiet countryside home just 40 minutes outside of Boston. The home is in a family-friendly countryside neighborhood while only being a quick 4-minute drive to Georgetown city center for your groceries, restaurants, & coffee shops. You will be conveniently 1 min from I-95, making it quick & easy to access anything within the area!

Due to the home being out in the countryside it is ideal to have your own vehicle to get around. There is a commuter rail only 4 minutes from the house to get to & from Boston easily.

Guests please note this home is older and about 10% of guests mention a musty smell in some places of the home. Based on the small percentage of people that say this I believe it is still fine but want to mention it here in the listing that if you’re somebody who is sensitive to smell I would not recommend this place to you
