BTQH Island Plaza 118 is a SOHO Service Apartment which located at Tanjung Tokong, the apartment is build on top of Island Plaza Mall, 20 minute drive to Batu Ferringghi(popular beach and night market), 5 minute drive to Gurney Drive where the two most trendiest shopping mall Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon located and also the famous hawker center. 20 Minute Drive to Georgetown(UNESCO World Heritage Site).

Note: Maximum of 4 person is allowed in the house.

-Living hall with 1 sofa bed.
- shower with water heater, hair & body shampoo are provided
- Due to hygiene purposes, bath towels provide upon request.

We provide complimentary cleaning and change of bed sheet/towels for long stay guest

Self check in anytime after 3pm, self check out not later than 11am. Host check in/out may be arrange but subject to availability. Early check in or late check out may be arrange subject to availability.

2 pairs of keys and access cards will be provided (to be return upon check out, lost of keys or card, RM 100 will be charge as penalty fee).

We can help to arrange for airport, ferry or bus terminal transfer and daily Penang tour (sightseeing or food hunting) at a reasonable price (advance arrangement only).

As this is a private condominium and management is very strict , we hope our guest will behave themselves sensibly and observe the house rules to avoid complaint from neighborhood and the management, also to make the place a better stay for you and other guests as well, we appreciate your cooperation.
