'Arrived at 230pm was told check in was 3 I was ok with that came back around 5:45 still can't check in. My husband who is in a wheelchair chair and I was told to sit in the lobby and that our room would be ready in 15 minutes. We were not given a room until 8pm Next morning I ask if we could have a late check out. 'I mostly booked this hotel because I heard it had free Tesla chargers. It did have two Tesla chargers and then also two other EV chargers. They worked fine they are all the way around the back of the building so you really have to kind of look for them. '

'Hotel was nice but we hand no blackout drapes, just sheer, thin white/cream curtains. A mall cop was just continually driving around hotel parking hot with his emergency lights on from dusk until dawn. Was very hard to sleep. Hotel staff said that this happened there every single night. I don’t know how anyone gets any rest. '
