'Loft spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé ,calme, niché sous les toits d’un bel immeuble haussmanien en hyper centre .décoré avec goût et simplicité. Angie de la conciergerie a été une interlocutrice très réactive et extrêmement bienveillante. Elle a répondu toujours très rapidement à nos questions. Nous n’hésiterons pas à réserver pour un prochain séjour ….'

'Le logement est à distance de marche du centre ville de Toulouse, dans une quartier tranquille. Très gros avantage.'

'The guest room included a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, furniture, tableware, cooking utensils, and WiFi, which made my stay very comfortable. The room also featured a convenient electronic lock. There was a subway station and a supermarket nearby, and the downtown area was within walking distance, which added to the overall comfort and convenience.'

'Véritablement à l'image des commentaires déjà laissés. Hôte très réactif, logement propre et en bon état, bien situé et proche de toutes commodités. Parfait pour des vacances en famille !'

'We've had a wonderful stay in the appartment. It is super central, so anywhere in the centre of Toulouse is only at a stone's throw. The host was super quick at responding, so smaller issues like missing toilet paper and bin bags upon arrival were quickly fixed! Keep in mind that with the central location, the road outside does get quite busy, so if you prefer a quieter stay, I'd recommend somewhere further outside of the bustling old town. '

'Great property, all modern, comfortable and clean to stay in. Great host who you are able to message easily. The area of Carmes is lovely and within 20 minutes you can get to any part of toulouse. But within the direct vicinity are bars, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets'

'Het huis is smaakvol ingericht. Sanitair uitstekend. Matrassen en beddengoed meer dan goed. Ligging prima. Gastvrouw en gastheer heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Absoluut aan te bevelen.'

'M'a tout à fait convenu . Aucune mauvais surprise . Je savais qu'il fallait monter 3 étages , heureusement très peu hauts . Propreté et confort avec tous les produits en dépannage dès l'accueil '

'Appartement très sympa, avec un salon de très bon volume pour le salon et 1 chambre (la 2eme est plus petite et j'aurais préféré des lits superposés qu'un clic-clac).Les matelas sont correct mais quelques oreillers sont à changer.Et l'appartement est plutôt propre en général sauf certains détails (joints de la douche jaunis et beaucoup de poussière dans le ventilateur du salon)'

'Logement très bien placé et le parking est très appreciable tout comme le balcon et l ombre du châtaigner. Cependant dans l appartement la vaisselle est un peu vieillotte et sale et il serait bien d avoir un peu plus de bols, assiettes,casserole....si l appartement est prévu pour 5! La douche serait à rafraîchir... Dommage que ce ne soit qu une smart tv...pas évident pour tous de la manipuler'

'The room was lovely and the location could not be beat. The St Cyprian market was close by for fresh fruits and vegetables and running by the river was easily accessible. Metro and bus lines were super close and there were SO many eating options, from various types of restaurants to grocery stores. Walking over Pont Neuf to the center of Toulouse was easy so we were able to quickly get back to the rental, when necessary. The patio was great for meditation and yoga. I highly recommend this...

'The river is just out the door, the beautiful Pont Neuf is a stones throw away and it is an easy walk to the major attractions. A free shuttle bus to down town is a block away. Wish we could have stayed longer. The room is comfortable, a little dark in the evening but well supplied with cooking utensils and the microwave is in an interesting location. Reachable with supplied stool.'

"Le lieu est parfaitement entretenu et aucune remarque possible au sujet de l'établissement, de la qualité des équipements, de l'accueil parfait. C'est exactement ce que l'on espère d'un hébergement. Juste une petite restriction : Le conditionnement d'air ne fonctionnait pas. Ne passant que les nuits dans cette chambre, elles furent pénibles et inconfortables sur ce point. Pensant à mon incapacité à le mettre en fonction, et signifiant le sujet à mon départ, la préposée s'apprêtait à renseigner ce défaut au service technique mais une responsable a annoncé que, simplement, l'airco n'était pas activé ... en basse saison !!! Comme si le principe était normal. Viser les économies et probablement raisonnable dans le cadre d'une bonne gestion mais pas au détriment du confort lorsque la météo impose presque ce rafraichissement. Il faut s'adapter aux conditions météo. Mieux encore, plutôt que de laisser les clients ignorant de ce choix, il faut alors, a minimum , les en informer pour éviter des e croire idiots."

"Snel en goed geholpen bij het inchecken, de kamer was schoon en ruim, netjes en modern. Bed zeer comfortabel en de badkamer voldoende ruim met heerlijke zachte handdoeken en lekker en goed ruikende shampoo. Makkelijk parkeren van eigen auto en de hond was welkom. Het ontbijt is prima. Voldoende keuze. "
