'Easy to reach, park, access……nice, clean and spacious room One remark, dogs allowed in the hotel which could mean having a dog nearby that barks and whines. With no staff at the hotel (reception / security) other guests seem to think it’s okay to scream shout and have a party till early morning, so for a good night rest I would think twice, which is a shame considering my opening statement '

'Landlord does not speak English. For many hours on day 1 she did not answer her phone to let us in. Charged for laundry and did not allow any cooking (despite picture showing kitchen with stove hood). Overall bad attitude'

Pour le petit-déjeuner le propriétaire a pris un soins tout particulier : je suis né le même jour (pas la même année) que le roi Charles III, mais je ne suis pas roi et pourtant j'ai été servi comme un roi. 'It was a very nice property in a nice quiet neighborhood, it was close (walking distance to restaurants and stores). It was also near the ferry terminal allowing us to be able to get decent rest before our early morning g ferry to Vancouver island.'

'This location couldn't have been better for us as we were in Vancouver for appts at BC Children’s Hospital. Property is very clean, great private quarters, plenty of parking and the hosts are very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!'

'Clean, well maintained and up to date room. Parking was expensive, very tight and somewhat inconvenient to get into the parking garage. Quite a bit of street noise could be heard in the room, particularly early in the morning. Only issue was the main TV didn’t work properly and management failed to fix it after two requests. Instead they tried to gaslight us, telling us it was fixed when it wasn’t; we didn’t appreciate that.'
