'It was very loud. Could not get to sleep because of the blare of the music. Because the rooms are right next to the ballroom there is constant music blaring until 2am. Terrible. Not enough parking for hotel and ballroom. Terrible parking'

'This was the most dirtiest place I have ever stayed bed and the bathroom was ok but the stairs even to get to our floor was in worst condition. I had to hold my pants up so they will not touch the steps . People have spat everywhere and I would rate the cleanliness of the stairs as 0 that’s the only way to get to the first floor . Hotel staff should focus on cleanliness'

'The staff was great. However, the property is dated and not well kept. Stains on the carpet, missing toilet seat screw cap, stains on the furniture, dirt stains on the tub floor, Popcorn ceiling, and crumbs on the seats in the room to name a few. If you are sensitive to uncleanliness, then I would suggest a different hotel.

'Koi pond. Rooms are renovated. Starbucks. I usually don't feel relaxed in hotels on work trips except in the OC and in Maine... and here. This hotel is up there! Rooms have nice ambience, and Jason working the night shift was great!
