MAX 2 extends from the first floor up to the attic!

A large, historic bay window and two spacious wooden balconies on the attic invite you to linger and enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains and the pedestrian zone, whether for breakfast, lunch, or simply a glass of wine in the evening – you'll have a front-row seat to the sunset!

Many cafés, restaurants, and fantastic shops are right on your doorstep – a bakery and butcher are also just a 3-minute walk away in the morning!

A private, secluded, and secure parking space is located directly at the house!

Public transport is a 3-minute walk away – including the ski bus to the local mountain, the World Cup and Olympic ski area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, at the foot of the 2,628-meter-high Alpspitze!
