'Best hotel in Brazil. Great service, great food, awesome accommodations, beautiful ambience and remarkable attention to detail! In love with this place :)'

'Schone en zeer grote kamer, zeer geziensvriendelijk! Heerlijk ontbijt en lunch + diner opties. '

'What’s good: Amazing buffet restaurant, great pool, very safe, kind staff. What’s bad: - 1st room had problems with electricity, resulting that the air condition stopped working at 02:00 making it 28 degrees in the room. (Assume this is just bad luck). - The walls are paper thin. Family with children above us decided to renovate their room themselves (that’s how it sounded at least). A lot of noice keeping us awake. - no free bottled water. - staff ‘forgot’ to calculate the promised discount...

'The room was nice and spacious, but they didn’t refill the mini fridge or toilet paper when it got low. Room service was quick and buffet options were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.'

'Very friendly reception on arrival. Easy relaxed place.'

'Redelijk hotel erg gedateerd slecht personeel '

'Practical hotel, a bit outlived but with all amenities, clean, relatively quiet. The friendly staff makes up for everything. Conveniently located. '

'Everything was great, except a room'

'Atendimento padráo, nenhuma diferenca de outros lugares. Profissional TV do quarto deixou a desejar. Poucos canais e pessima qualidade. Cafe da manha bom'

'location is good, bed is good. curtain is not good, it is noisy since it is close to the road. my room is at the corner, the outside lamp is on the whole night, which affect my sleep. '

'The hotel is very well localized close to the Shopping Catuai Palladium and several restaurants of all type. Only 15-20 minutes to the airport. The stuff was helpful and they have several workers. The breakfast was good having several options. The room was spacious and my family of four including two kids were comfortable. The things to improve are the gym, in which is basically all broken. There is only one treadmill that works till 8 km per hour with strange sound. All the rest need...
