'Flat ok. Lack of kitchen equipment. Very basic ( coffee machine, food mixer not working, ..) no big bowl for salad…Guests from next door hotel considering the patch of ground outside our terrace as a pets’ toilet…….Not very pleasant when staying with toddlers who would like to play in the snow….'

'We had a great 10 night stay with our two families. The home was the perfect size for all of us. The home was well equiped for our young families and the kitchen was also well appointed meanng we were able to enjoy family meals most nights. We stayed over Christmas and particularly appreciated the Christmas tree and the various decorations that were left. The owners were very quick to respond to any queries that we had and were helpful in providing information on the property. Would stay here...

'We hebben een hele leuke tijd gehad in dit sfeervolle, goed gelegen, praktische vakantiehuis. Er was alles wat we nodig hadden, de bakker en de skilift (Brevent-Flégère) zijn op 5 minuten loopafstand. Ook heeft het huis een terras in de zon en prachtig uitzicht op de Mont-Blanc. Het huis heeft alle moderne faciliteiten en goed beddengoed. De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en reageert snel. Al met al is dit huis een hele goede keuze, we komen graag nog eens terug. 'A spectacular chalet with wonderful views of the mountains all around. The garden was so peaceful and quiet and we enjoyed many hours sitting looking up at the scenery. Really close to Chamonix (20 min walk) and 10 mins walk to bakery in the morning. We are already planning our return visit. Thank you Corinne.'

'The house is pretty much exactly as it appears online and easily had enough room for two families with grown kids. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and it’s location is very convenient to the town of Chaminox. The only negatives was that the lock out to the hot tub was broken most of the stay so it was difficult to get out. Also we had an unusually warm Christmas so all the snow melted and had to walk a couple hundred yards in the mud to drop off garbage. That being said I would 100%...

'We spent one week with two families in the Chalet du Golf and enjoyed the great scenery on Aiguille du Midi and M.Blanc day & night.The Chalet itself can be named as "charming", yet it is surely "of age". Building/construction is pretty outdated as well as furniture and utilities (eg in kitchen) are a wide variety of things that seem to be available from somewhere. Electric installation also pretty far from practical, and no manuals or descriptions provided for use of heating, oven, microwave...

'We had a lovely stay at Chalet Polar. It is a well-laid out chalet with four double rooms, though one is probably better suited to single occupancy - not a problem for us, as we were a family of five. The WiFi is fast, the kitchen well-appointed, and Wim is helpful and communicative. The chalet is located in Les Praz, just down the road towards Chamonix from the roundabout. 15-minute walk to town, and ideally located for the trails. Recommended.'

'We had a really nice week in this house in Chamonix. The location manager is very kind and easy to reach. Everything was well arranged. We stayed here with two families and there was enough space for us. The area is very beautiful and close to the ski areas. We had a good time!'

It's a little removed from Chamonix, over in Le Praz, and so you get the peace and quiet while still being close to town. A bike is recommended for an easy commute as walking can take a while. There is also a really close bus stop. The Chamonix All Year team is excellent to work with and will take care of you during your stay if anything comes up. None of the rooms are a true 'master' room as they all have...
