'The host of this property ignored all messages in the week building up to the stay, requesting check in information! On the day of check in, i called the contact number, it rang and i left a VM, after that they turned the phone off all day!! I was left stranded in London without accomodation. Thankfully Expedia found me alternate accomodation, but it ruined my travel plans due to the stess caused!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!'

'Nia’s flat was a perfect spot to stay on our recent trip to London. Very accessible to multiple bus stops - just a quick ride to the O2 or Woolwich to get on the tube. Conveniently located with an easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and a quick walk into Greenwich through the park. Nia was very responsive and the place had everything one could need (kettle, pots, pans, hair dryer, tv with streaming, etc). 'I stayed here for 4 nights while attending an expo at the Excel Centre. Perfect location, maybe a 15-minute pleasant walk to the Elizabeth Line and then only one stop to Custom House for Excel. The apartment gave me plenty of space to chill out after a long day, watch TV etc. I dined out every evening, but should you wish everything you would need for home cooking was there with the oils, condiments and spices to support such efforts. Coffee machine with pods etc Apartment is is on top...

'Beautiful and quietly located apartment with a beautiful and cozy garden. Train station a 5 minute walk away and you can be in London in 20 minutes. Coffee,tea,cereals,jam,…are available. Bathroom needs a refresh. Louisa is a friendly lady and is always available. Smoorh communication.'

"Vriendelijk personeel, probeerde alles op te lossen. De douche liep niet weg. Gelijk een monteur gestuurd om de put schoon te maken. Dit kwam door slecht onderhoud. De kamer was groot en schoon. Schoonmaak kon dagelijks op aanvraag. 1 keer liep het fout en was de kamer niet schoongemaakt bij terug komst s'avonds.Veel excuses en gelijk schone handdoeken aangeboden en prullenbakken geleegd. Baggage opslag goed en veilig met bonnetjes. Ontbijt was matig veel keus maar niet bijzonder. Voor een 3 ster hotel wel goed en aan te bevelen. DLR en bus halte voor de deur."

"I've had a great stay! The room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities I needed: airconditioning, a nice warm shower, hairdryer, tv and most of all: a comfortable bed. Check-in was a piece of cake and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was fine and the coffee delicious. Long story short: I would absolutely recommend this place!"
