'This is a unique hotel. It's quite different from a traditional American hotel, but it has all what you need for a relaxing stay. The breakfast is basic, but nice to have. Staff are very friendly, but the language was a barrier. It would have helped if I knew some Spanish!
Hotel management communicates via Whatsapp, which was helpful when I asked for an iron and ironing table.'

'Chambre bien entretenue mais:
- trente cm entre le bout du lit et la fenêtre ;

'Very lovely hotel, located very centrally in Segovia. Parking was easy and hotel was bigger than we expected. Nice decor, historic building. Felt like a maze sometimes. Staff was very kind and helpful, spoke good enough English. Lobby offered free welcome drinks and some sweets.
The room was fine, spacious enough and clean. We were disappointed to get two single bed instead of the double that we requested. No separate shower in the superior room, only shower in bathtub, did have a separate...

'Cute property in residential area, only downside was that it is far from restaurants, shops, bars. Check in was a little complicated with a small communication issue but on arrival the host was very nice and helpful, gave us some great info about what to see nearby (La Granja is a great town and palace gardens very worthwhile!) The room was basic but functional. Beds good, we slept great! There was also had a very nice outdoor area that we did enjoy for drinks and cards! WiFi worked well....
