« A wonderful unit - we stayed over the long Thanksgiving holiday and weekend and the location in Beacon Hill was perfect. Very well equipped, cozy, comfortable beds, and a great den/kitchen space. Excellent host! We will rent here again! »

« This is a lovely property and sparkling clean and comfortable with generous supplies from tea and coffee to a basket of snacks. A really wonderful location in South End with cafes, restaurants and bars all around and a short walk to everywhere else. »

« Convenient location in south end. Cumbersome checkin with requirement to get keys from a different building. Listing stated it slept 8 but reasonably 4-5 at most. Unfortunately there was not enough dishware and silverware for even 4 people. There was 1 fork. 2 coffee mugs. The coffee pot was a nespresso but no pods provided and not notified ahead of time that that was the case. The provided cookware was VERY limited making it difficult to cook in the kitchen. There was a dishwasher but no soap...

« A great location, convenient to all the places we needed to go! It was a little tight for 3 adults but we made it work since we weren't there but to sleep. The shower was hot and the A/C kept it cool and drowned out the street noise. They could use a luggage rack in the closet as all our stuff was laid out on the floor or table. Also, replace all the cheap broken hooks with something more sturdy so we can hang towels. Would stay again if we went back to Boston. »

« Overall excellent experience. Property had not been cleaned when we arrived so we had to wait almost an hour for that. Bed sheets on pull out bed and twin were definitely not changed out after last guest. But everything else was great. Bathroom was nice size and clean. There is no parking with this unit so we had to pay for a parking spot a couple blocks away. »

« Our stay in Beacon Hill was fabulous. Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental. »

« We stayed with John on our college visit tour and this little gem was the absolute home away from home we needed. It was spacious and clean and the laundry /kitchen set up left nothing to be desired. All the small creature comforts were met too. Location felt safe and we were able to maneuver too many landmarks and lots of shopping too. Grocery store walkable distance. To top it all off, we left some things behind in our gracious host alerted us and shipped them to our house. I can’t recommend...
