'We arrived at hotel early morning and staff at security gate was not supportive to hellping to take our bags to receptions . Due to very steep ramp and block work on floor it was very painful experience . '

'Our stay overall was fabulous. The hotel is very grand and very clean. The staff were amazing and very personable. They engaged with our kids. The food was amazing and the staff at food time were very nice, coming to ask if we needed anything and also the head chef came round too. Overall a great experience and highly recommended. Fantastic location as very close to airport too. Pool was great too.'
