The Space:

Lake Holiday Townhome #30



The Lake Holiday at Legacy Beach combines two of the townhomes at Legacy Beach to create a unique space to be enjoyed by our guests. Within The Lake Holiday, you will find 2 levels of living. On the bottom level, you will find a large bunk room for the kids or a large family with a spacious living area and one bathroom with a tub and shower. There is a loft area above that bedroom that provides a wonderful play area for the kids. Upstairs you will find the luxury kitchen and living room that offers views of the beautiful Bear Lake water. Also on the second floor, you will find the Master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms and bathrooms are also located on this level which also boasts a large dining area.



Enjoy a view of the lake from your second level balcony and located right along the Garden City bike and walking path. Ride your bike or take a quick stroll into the downtown area of Garden City. You’re a 5 minute walk to the Garden City Park or a 10 minute walk to the Garden City Pond which is a great place for kids to fish. There is a kids splash pad and outdoor pickle ball court located just outside of the townhomes or just walk across the street to the Legacy Beach clubhouse which includes access to a swimming pool (seasonal), year-round hot tub, and a 24-hour gym.



During the winter months bundle up and head to the Beaver Mountain ski resort located just 15 minutes from town. Along with endless hills and trails for snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. No matter the season there is always something to do and enjoy here in Bear Lake!





***Note – There are 24 stairs to climb from the main level entrance to the upstairs area where the kitchen and 3 bedrooms are located.

Nice, but noisy!

Our family of 14 stayed for 3 nights. There was plenty of room for us and the unit was clean. A small game table would have been nice. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked-we had to buy dish towels because there was only 1 and no dish cloths. We also had to buy hand soap for the master bathroom. A very large bowl would have been a nice addition to the kitchen supplies. The master bathroom shower didn't drain well, and we ran out of hot water one night. A flashlight (or several) would have been helpful as the power was out from 7:30 p.m.-1:30 a.m. one night. It was helpful to have parking for our boat so close to the building. One big issue was the road noise. We didn't realize there would be so much traffic on Bear Lake Blvd. and the noise kept us awake (in the master bedroom). It was nice to be able to walk across the street to Legacy Beach. We enjoyed spending time there when we weren't boating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

You can do better

The good and the bad: The property was very clean and new and fit our group of 14 just fine. Kids loved the “kids lounge room” and spent a lot of free time there. Pool was a hit. Complaint comes from owner not responding to email requests. Strange that my first payment was to VRBO and the 2nd payment to the owner. Literally did not receive a receipt for payment and then didn’t receive checkin instructions until we were driving to the location. Like pulling teeth all along the way.

Beautiful 2 Story Bear Lake View

Beautiful modern home. Unfortunately, the listing says 4 bathrooms, but it only has 3. Great pool and hot tub amenities, but you do have to cross a VERY busy road to access them. Large family room areas. Great accommodations!

Great townhouse and location.

We love the townhouse. Very clean and new. Location is great and the pool is awesome! Beds were comfy. I wish there was more seating for meals, we had to eat in shifts because there is only 7 chairs around bar and no dining table. Main bedroom needs a stool to get into bed.

Perfect location!

We recently stayed here for a family reunion. It was perfect for all ages! It was a lot of stairs for the grandparents. But everything seemed brand new, clean and beds were comfortable! We had a great view of the lake! The Kids rarely used the pool, and the private beach wasn’t even really a beach. It was more like mud. But would stay there again and enjoyed it.

Great place to come play

This property is beautiful, well stocked, very clean, and very comfortable for a large group. There are lots of spots to play and lots of spots to take a nap, too. It’s an easy walk to Garden City’s little shops, restaurants, and raspberry shakes. It’s close to the marina and has a lovely view of the lake. The only downside: The development’s pool, hot tub, and beach are nice, but it does take crossing a busy highway to get there. We would definitely rent there again!
