Harbor Village with resort amenities & unobstructed lake views (lake 3 min walk)

This private property is close to town & is very clean. The four bedrooms are setup in different configurations to meet the unique needs of your group. In total 16 people can sleep in beds - in addition to the bed arrangements there are also 4 couches and a full mattress under one of the bunk beds in the basement. Through the properties HOA you have access to a shared pool, hot tub, tennis courts, a large grassy green area & extra parking (for cars/Trailers/boats) - all within walking distance of the townhome. The marina is right across the street which makes onboarding/offboarding a boat very easy. Our kids also like feeding the big fish in front of the marina store at the docks. There is also a 26 mile bike/jogging trail that runs in front of the property which makes exercising or a family stroll very easy and inviting.

The unit is setup as a plug and play to allow you to relax and enjoy your stay. The property features: three levels, unobstructed lake views, fast wireless internet, four smart TV's equipped with Netflix/Amazon Video/ESPN and more, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen (including: cooking and serving ware & utensils, coffee maker, snow cone maker, ice machine, bluetooth stereo, etc.), extra refrigerator in garage, two car garage, two additional parking spaces in driveway, overflow parking area (cars, RV's, Boats, trailers) within walking distance, Charbroil BBQ grill, large laundry room with high efficiency washer/dryer, two decks and a lower patio setup with chairs and picnic tables, trail access for off-road vehicles, shared outdoor pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), hot tub (open year round), luxury bed linens, indoor towels, pack n play, two golf courses within a 15 minute drive, ski resort (Beaver Mountain) within a 20 minute drive, multiple restaurants, eateries, shakeries, horseback riding, ATV & snowmobile rentals, beaches and hiking trails all within minutes from the property.

We loved every minute of our stay here! The views and location were exceptional. The house was roomy and stocked with anything you could ever need. The furniture was comfortable, clean and the extra fridge in the garage was a bonus! We had fun using the pool, hot tub and tennis courts one rainy afternoon. Family Father's Day Trip

Wonderful, stocked place in a great location. We went with two families and it was a perfect setup - three floors, with two king bedrooms on the top floor with their own bathroom. Kids had the run of the bottom floor with bunk beds and lounge area. Great place, nicely decorated and a perfect location. We walked across the street to the marina and it was wonderful. We would definitely return.

Worth every penny, and more

This is an absolutely wonderful location. Super convenient to the marina. The pool is very close. Abundant parking for your boat/RV. The condo has four bedrooms and a ton of beds. Very well-appointed. Portable A/C units in the upstairs bedrooms were great!! Lots of accessories (beach towels, tennis rackets, etc.). I met the owner a few years ago when we stayed next door to this unit. He is a very nice guy. He called me when we checked out to see how everything went, that’s a first for me when traveling. Zero issues, lots of positives.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay! The house was equipped with everything we needed to make home cooked meals, go sledding, and relax. I plan on trying to come again in the summer to enjoy the additional amenities such as the pool and tennis courts. You really won’t find a better place!
