'Staff were very customer focused especially Alex and Luke and a French girl we didn’t get her name. Room was great except shower was slippery. Breakfast was outstanding and Bell hops were great with our luggage!'

'This hotel was such a great stay! The bed was comfortable, we booked a suite with the bathtub and the room was spacious and just beautiful. The customer service was top tier, and the location was perfect. Very easy to book an Uber to any location and there were many dinner options just downstairs.'

The swimming pool is beautiful, a little crowded on my first day, but there was a heatwave in Sydney that weekend. I was lucky enough to have it all to myself the next morning before breakfast. '空港からdoor to doorで30分程度。最寄駅のmuseumからは徒歩5〜6分。QVBにも徒歩5〜6分、近くにスーパーもカフェもたくさんありショッピングやご飯や買い物にも困らない上よアクセス良好。 部屋はかなり広く、ベッドも大きくて快適だった。早朝に着いたものの平日だったせいかEarlyチェックインもでき夜便で寝不足だったので助かった。水は毎日各1本、T2の紅茶、ネスプレッソもある。アメニティはタオル、スリッパ、ガウンがある。コントロールパネルでオーディオやTV、空調なども管理できる。スタッフの対応も良く快適に過ごせた。'
