On the ground floor, you will find an entrance leading to a living room (with fireplace, sofas, armchair, TV, access to the veranda), a dining room (with fireplace, dining table), a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob: 4 burners, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds), one triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a garden (700 sqm) with a private swimming pool exclusively for the use of guests (4m x 8m; depth 1.3m; open from 30 April to 30 September) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers).
