Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring Galveston in this exquisitely decorated, spacious roof-top apartment with a large opened-air Private patio. Marvel at the quirkiness of this unique historic treasure with 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms.
The Sparkled Seahorse is located above a home and after you ascend the 27 steps to bliss you can sit and enjoy the spacious Private patio. Upon entering the apartment, you will notice historic details in doors and floors, as well as 3 spacious bedrooms, with each having its own ensuite bathroom. This vacation rental has free WIFI for leisure or business purposes. Smart tv’s with your login access are in all 3 bedrooms, as well as the living room.
Bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and bath soap are provided. A charcoal grill is located on the deck ( feel Free to get your Own charcoal to enjoy a BBQ on your private Patio )
The apartment has a private entrance; you will have private usage of the apartment. The apartment is elegantly decorated and is located in a neighborhood near the buzzing historic district and close to the hustle and bustle of attractions. The apartment is a few blocks behind the historic Hotel Galvez, and on a road that leads to the route of the famous Galveston Mardi Gras parade (1.3 miles), the Strand (1.3 miles) and the port (1.3 miles) where cruise ships dock. As you wander about the neighborhood, you will see tourists and neighbors heading off to various restaurants, bars and attractions. Head out in any direction and view the beautiful historic homes.
The location of the apartment allows for quick and easy access to the beach, restaurants, bars, attractions, conferences and other functions. For those planning to stay a few days before or after a cruise, this is the perfect place. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Galveston is a beautiful island, in order to see all of it, you will need a car.
Guests will be issued an access door code. Guests are allowed on-street parking spaces
No smoking/vaping allowed. No parties, gatherings or renters over allowed occupancy. 2 off-street parking spaces assigned. When it is very windy, do not open the patio umbrella. The wind will destroy it. Keep the patio umbrella closed when you leave for your excursions and also when you are in for the night. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.

Short Family Galveston Getaway

We do a big family vacation every year. This year only some of us could come. We still had three young children. The host welcomed them and they loved the bunk beds. The home is private but still in a good area. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Very spacious. One of the stovetop burners didn’t work when we went to cook breakfast, but everything else was great. The host was very helpful and responsive. They even had the house ready early. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The place was absolutely perfect. One of the smoke alarms started chirping and the property manager was over here within 10 minutes with a ladder to fix the smoke alarm from chirping. The place was clean and walking distance to the beach. We had a fun girls trip celebrating my daughter's 11 year old birthday with a group of her girlfriends from school.

Awesome Gem in Great Location

My party was 2 families staying one night before our cruise. The apartment was decorated so cute and it was spacious with plenty of seating, places to sleep and room to move. It was in a great location and the owner was wonderful to communicate with. This will be the first place I look for the next time I need to stay in Galveston.

Perfect landing

Our friends and my family loved the property. It felt like home, it was close to the beach and port. So much better than getting a hotel. If there is anything negative it would be the steep stairs getting up to the front door. It wasn’t an issue for us (although difficult with large luggage) some guests might find it difficult to climb up.

Amazing Home

This home is beautiful,spacious and very clean. It looks just like the pictures if not better.It has all amenities that you'll need. The location is perfect. We grilled and had dinner on the rooftop deck and the view is amazing. The price was really reasonable, considering we booked last minute for Memorial day weekend. The check in process was easy and the host is very nice. Just book it trust you will not be disappointed.
