Welcome to a well-stocked, clean and comfortable front condo with a balcony facing the beach and overlooking the pool! This unit is surrounded by beautiful grounds with 2 pools (both are heated in colder months), and two jacuzzi tubs. This unit has one of the biggest balconies in the complex with an amazing view of the water. The beach is directly across the property!

PLEASE NOTE: The Victorian charges a $35 Facility Access Fee (good for up to 2 week stay) at the time of check-in covering on-site parking, Wi-Fi code access, and pool access.

This one bedroom, one bathroom unit sleeps up to 4 guests maximum, please. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and tv, and the recessed bunk beds in hallway are perfect for kids. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, efficiency 2 burner stove top, drip coffee maker, blender, griddle, and a mini oven and for easy meals in the condo or picnics on the beach.

This was our 2nd stay in Sun, Surf, Sea and we loved it! The corner balcony is perfect for watching the sun break through and start the day. The recently remodeled kitchen has all the perks needed to make you feel at home, and we liked being close to the pier. The owner was welcoming and available if we needed. We enjoyed our Christmas stay!

The property location was awesome, the Victorian is beautiful but could use some sprucing up Some basic upkeeps Kitchen well stocked although cooker topHad hard time getting hot never could get from worker to workFrankly the place was un down and filthyThe beds suck along with pillowsThe art on wall was crooked killed you back and we accidentally knocked it off the wall maintenance can put it up but I wouldn’t or hang it long ways lighter than benchBalcony could us e an ottoman old people like to put feet up! The are very un expensive Over all I would recommend the Victorian to be sure not this condo It was so dirty and bathroom not stocked I mean we had to buy tissues and Tolet paper!!!

BEST VIEW IN GALVESTON!

The check-in to the property went very smoothly. When first entering the unit, it was very clean and smelt well. All the pools were open and we had a nice view of the beach and the pool. The tennis courts were so much fun to play on and we enjoyed swimming in the beach and pool. Most of all, I loved how much space we had in the unit. Anytime we needed to text the owner, she would respond within the hour. She was so very kind and helpful to us during our vacation. Overall the whole stay was a 10/10!

Obviously Victorian security asleep while four drunks continue partying til 2am in the site area outside my door and waking us up. We hear a guy puking and massive laughing. No instruction on how to get a hold of security. My wife and I had to get up and confront toAsk them to observe quiet hour posted. Where was onsite security? Asleep

Great spot right across from the beach. We were able to walk to Sonic and grab breakfast and the store is nearby. The property was nice and quiet and the front desk was helpful. The only caution I'd issue is that the parking spots are kinda small under the buildings. There are uncovered spots, though.

We will definitely stay again if we get back to this area, the only negative thing I can say is that the weather was so great we left air off and opened windows but there were no screens on them, so we had a lot of flys with no fly swatter !
