Notre maison dispose de 3 chambres 1. 5 salles de bains et un grand plan d'étage ouvert. La grande terrasse offre un lieu de détente pour passer du temps à profiter de la vue.
Minutes de restaurants, boutiques et activités familiales. C'est l'escapade parfaite à la plage. 2 chambres disposent de lits Queen et la 3ème chambre a 2 ensembles de lits superposés! Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est votre serviette de plage!

Relaxing Beach Vaca

Nice property, right on the beach. So relaxing with the view and sound of the waves. Very easy check-in, perfect sleeping space for our family. Nice kitchen, decently stocked. This beach is really only for the few houses in the area and you can’t drive on this portion of the beach which keeps a ton of folks from the area. Feels more private which was nice. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay!!! The whole family agreed it was the perfect location and size for our family of 5 (all older kids). Our family from Houston stopped by for an afternoon and there was plenty of space for all 10 of us to eat lunch. We would definitely stay here again. The host is very kind and responsive, the space is cozy, comfortable, and has an amazing view.

Great time

We loved the property. It was very quiet and not much traffic like other places we have stayed. Beach access right out the door. It was great being beach front. Home was clean, easy to find, and had everything we needed.

Honest review

I agree with the positive comments of the other reviews. The house is in a great location just steps from the beach with amazing views. The house had everything needed and was a perfect size for a family. The owner is responsive and appears sincere. All true. Also true is that the house had huge roaches which were known to the owner as it had recently been exterminated. When this issue was brought to their attention they were more than willing to exterminate again while occupied. It is an icky feeling to always be looking around the house during vacation that you paid hard earned wages for. The other issue is that the beach is not nice. Of course the homeowner can’t control that, it’s just a fact. The beach is full of seaweed and garbage. The sand was hard, almost muddy and not pleasant. These both negative things could be due to recent rains but it was just a fact. So, if those things don’t bother you then it’s a great place.

Family Get Away

Our family enjoyed this house as it was right on the beach with easy access to town. Great views from the common spaces and outdoor dining/living room. We appreciated the extras of beach toys/chairs and family games. Great touches to make it feel more like home. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Getaway!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house in Galveston! The home was extremely clean and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality family time. The best part is the beach is just outside the front door! Coffee in the morning watching the waves was amazingly relaxing. Walks along the shore were nothing short of magical, with breathtaking views and the soothing sound of waves. The house is perfectly equipped for a family vacation, and the thoughtful touches throughout made us feel right at home. Whether we were enjoying the ocean breeze from the deck or spending the day on the beach, this home was truly a haven. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make memories, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and perfectly located beach retreat!

Charming house in great location

We loved the house . Very cozy and functional! The view is unbeatable !!! The patio is well equiped to enjoy late afternoon drinks, dinner or simply a coffee staring at the view. The beach is for people only so no cars which was a plus for us!! House has everything you need and very cozy feeling . We will come back !!! Melissa is always available to any questions we had .great host

Great place!

This was our second time to stay at this house. It was just as great the second time. Right on the beach. Nice furnishings. Plenty of linens and towels. Looks like there have been some upgrades to the deck and stairs. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Wonderful place

The location was just amazing. Literally steps to the beach. The front porch is oceanfront and the view is lovely. The house itself was nice. The kitchen/living area and master bedroom were fantastic. We would definitely love to stay again!

Great Beach House

This is a great beach house and we really enjoyed our stay. Absolutely excellent location that has wonderful views of the beach and is just steps away from the ocean. The beach wasn't very crowded at all in this location which was so nice for us as well. The owner is VERY responsive if you have questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location right on the beach!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved our Galveston getaway in this perfect location home! The beach was literally right in front of us. My favorite part of this home was the beautiful view from the kitchen and living area. French doors opened to a top floor deck where all you see is beach and ocean. Although it was in a quiet, peaceful area of the beach, it was close enough (7 minutes or less) to the Seawall area with many restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely stay again!

You can't beat this balcony!

I think this house is very much as advertised. I would definitely rent again. We spent every morning at the beach easily going back and forth. The hot part of the early afternoons were spent on the porch. So beautiful! Totally shaded, breezy. We had lunch out there and read on the couch. I loved it! And then we would head back out to the beach in the early evening until sunset! So fun! For the less positive.... We arrived at about 4:40 and the housekeeping staff was still there even though check in was at 4. Busy summer turnover time I guess. My first impression when we walked in was that the front room and kitchen is nice and that not as much work/attention has been paid to the back rooms. The bedrooms are basic, thin bed covers, no blackout window coverings. The main thing that was a challenge for me was that we were staying for a week including a family party & had a good amount of clothes and baggage. There is not much clothing storage! The main bedroom has a dresser with six drawers but no hanging clothes space. The room that has two bunk beds, so space for 4 people, had literally no drawers and the closet was locked. The final bedroom has the laundry room closet and a hanging rod but beneath the hanging rod is where the beach toys and chairs are kept. No drawers. So, I just mention this so you prepare and don't bring a ton of clothes. I discussed this with Melissa & made some recommendations of bedside tables w/more drawers, etc. I would come back & Melissa was good!

Good little house

This is our second time to stay here. We like this house. Everything you need is provided here. Beach front which is nice, no need to drive to the beach. The only thing we had a problem with was the cooling of the house. Last year we didn't remember it being as much of a problem. However this year it would get up to 76 each day in the afternoon despite running non stop. I think if the vent in the bathroom were repair this would help a lot as it would keep the heat and humidity out of the house.
