Feel Free BnB (Beach N Bay) is located in a “tucked away” area of Pirates Beach with quick access to Pirates Beach AND West Bay. No neighbors to the left or behind gives guests some breathing room. This retreat has views of the golf course, famous bird watching preserve, and the bay. Walking distance to Waterman's Restaurant & Marina (public boat slips, launch, and bait shop) AND quick access to Pirate's Beach. Get lost on island time, feel free, and make yourself right at home.
The space:
Upon entrance there are TWO driveways at this home. ROOM FOR UP TO 4-5 MIDSIZE VEHICLES. Our street is one of the only streets in Pirates Cove/Beach that allows guests to PARK BOAT ON PREMISES. Boat slip rentals and boat launch directly across the street at Waterman's!! Our large backyard is fully fenced. We have THREE bathrooms and THREE bedrooms. 2 bath and 2 bed are upstairs, the third bed/bath is downstairs. There is an entrance to the downstairs bed/bath from the outside AS WELL AS FROM THE INSIDE SECOND STORY. There are two living areas in this home, the smaller living area has beautiful views of the wetland preserve and has a dining table. The larger living area has plentiful seating which includes an oversized couch that pulls out into a queen bed. Our kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances with a large island for guests to enjoy cooking and eat around. Every utensil drawer is labeled in the kitchen making cooking a breeze. The back porch (which includes a seated area as well as an outdoor table for eating) has UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS of the wetlands which have the HIGHEST CONCENTRATION of bird species in the country!! This is also facing west so you will have beautiful sunset views! There are smart TVs in two of the rooms AND ACCESS TO THE PELOTON APP. Two yoga mats are provided for a sunrise or sunset Peloton yoga class. WE ARE CLOSE TO GALVESTON COUNTRY CLUB, PIRATES BEACH, A PUBLIC BOAT SLIP TO THE BAY, AND DOWNTOWN GALVESTON TO ENJOY THE STRAND/PLEASURE PIER.

Other things to note
There is a washer and dryer on the first level which can be accessed through the bedroom downstairs. There are stairs leading from the living area to the third bedroom downstairs *they are a bit narrow so take caution when walking down*. FOR CHILDREN & PET SAFETY- there is a baby gate that blocks off the stairs leading to 3br. There is a grill downstairs for guest use (it is a charcoal grill). There is a keurig with complementary coffee pods for guests. There are street cameras put up by Pirates Beach Homeowners Association for added security on the street. In the event of a rainy weekend or tropical storm we cannot issue a refund. We will only issue refund due to inclement weather if there is a categorized hurricane heading directly over Galveston within 48 hours of guest arrival.
