Family beach house in the heart of the great Sea Isle neighborhood with boat ramp access. 2 big lots fenced in with great neighbors. The house will sleep up to 10 people. Walk-in showers upstairs and downstairs with outdoor shower back of house. New vinyl flooring and painted throughout March 2026. Marina bar and restaurant 2 blocks(no driving needed). There are queen size Crate Barrel beds in the 2 bedrooms upstairs. All 5 beds in the house are queen size(yes queen size bunk beds) and a full size futon. All mattresses and pillows have hypoallergenic covers under the sheets. Plenty of blankets and towels. The stairs are outside. There is additional $10 per person per night charge for more than 6 guests. Internet/WiFi, plenty of puzzles, board games, cards, etc. Smart TVs in living room and each bedroom. Huge deck and gas barbecue pit. Full kitchen amenities with a huge social bar and extra large dining table. Beach is 2 blocks away with a private parking lot for the Sea Isle neighborhood only. Kids park and full court basketball, tennis court, and neighborhood pool(open Memorial Day-Labor Day) are all located within 2 blocks. Yes you can hear the beach! I manage this house myself. Absolutely no open invitation parties or more than the agreed upon paid inhabitants will be allowed without permission. A detailed description of your pet(s) may be required and could impact leasing this property. Bring your golf cart or check local golf cart rental companies. They are all pretty good and they deliver and pickup at the house. Check-in is 4:00 pm but all efforts are always made to allow earlier check-in if requested.
