FIRST FLOOR
The first floor features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals at home.
The living room is spacious with a comfortable couch for movie nights and an electric fireplace.

Guests may also fish from the canal deck. An outdoor TV (located behind the roll-up door near the gas grill) is available for watching a game or a movie outside.
