« Staff were all super friendly, everything was nice and clean, the beds are very comfy, great channels/Netflix on the TV, various food options nearby, breakfast was pretty good too. »

« The location made it easy to get to Ohio State campus for move in and it was close to airport and Easton for shopping. The room was super quiet, clean and the toiletries were great. Breakfast was good and I appreciated the lavazza coffee. Pricing was reasonable. »
"The welcome was not great, with the staff on the phone for 5 minutes while not even acknowledging us. We got the room key, ran an errand and came back to find that the room was not made, no linens, dirty and undone. The night staff was lovely, however and found us anothe room, clean and comfortable. I would have given her 5 stars, but the poor management, sorry room, and lack of respect for clients at the welcome was bad."
