« Booked for a nice walking trip reviews were awesome hence booking, check in was nice and easy, parking was not totally clear but there was free parking but only 2 spaces. Room was on top floor and spacious, bathroom was lovely, great shower, could do with an upgrade on the tv to smart tv. WiFi was not working and the same can be said for 4&5G in Llandudno. Nous avions 2 chambres dans le village la cliff house 1 (avec vue sur la greve avec la mer) et la bridge house 1 (avec vue sur le village). Le personnel est hyper accueillant. Les appartements sont propres et tout est prévu, les bouteilles d'eau de bienvenue, la literie, la salle de bain avec tous les petits articles, etc... « This BnB has become part of the Central hotel which is evidently being refurbished but this did not mar our stay in any way. The staff were fabulous and could not have done more to make our stay an absolute pleasure. The or mountainhotel was clean and quiet with lovely sea view rooms. The breakfast was perfect , well cooked, high quality produce and good portion options. We will be back in November and are already loiking forward to it. »

« Hotel is on a busy street (though room was quiet to the back)and no place to unload luggage, only 3 free parking spots- of course all gone- for hotel and restaurant. Paid parking few minutes to walk away. Room is ok, lots of stairs, internet is very slow or not working at all but for one night it was a clean and warm place to stay »

Great location, excellent staff (who obviously understand the concept of customer service!) and a swift service at breakfast with good quality produce AND a decent coffee to boot. « It was too cold in this hotel, the heater started at 5 pm and stopped around 9 pm. And then from 6 am until 9 or 10 am, so it wasn't enough for this kind of room in a this kind of hotel with bad insullation, only a simple glass window. The maximum temperature was 14°C. I sleept with pullover !!! And particulary in the shower room with only 12 to 14 °C I will never be in this hotel. »
