'What is there to say? It isnt ritsy, glamorous or fancy, but it provides a comfy room and a comfy bed. Staff do their job. But, it could use some TLC. The concrete walkways are deteriorating, lighting could be improved, bathroom needs redoing.'

'We stayed in a very affordable, clean and quiet 2 bedroom suite. There were a couple little things like a rip in one of the chairs, but otherwise it was well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent with a few hot items. The pool is small and simple, but they put a couple of toys out for the kids to keep them entertained. A good option for families on a budget!'

'I told the front desk that I was traveling with two 80 year old people and would like to check in early. Front desk said she would let me know when the room was ready. She went home after her shift and I never got told our room was ready. Finally at 4.30 I went back in and found out I never would have been notified. We waited 2 and a half hours. Ran out of toilet paper in the room.'

'The environment is very quiet, so far away from the traffic noises. The parking is great and accessible and very safe. The room is good and the price is very affordable. If I’m going back to Kelowna, I will try to get the room from this hotel again. Thumbs up👍!'

'Room could use a refresh. Carpet was dirty. The cleanest part of the room was the tile on the shower wall. The other walls were dirty. Deadbolt would not lock. No pool or hot tub on premises.'

'meh, downtown location is convenient, but it is also on Hwy 97, so its an ominous sign when you see that they supply free earplugs in the bedrooms. Honestly, it feels more like a $175/night hotel, and I'd have given it 4 stars if it were that price, but I'd expect more for this price range, but I guess the downtown location and free $0.25 earplugs makes it a $400/night hotel.'
