'Goed en mooi hotel voor als je een paar dagen wilt overnachten, dicht bij vliegveld. kamers zijn zeer ruim en zeer goed uitgerust. Minibar, koffie en thee, waterkoker, Tv, noem maar op! Wij hebben overnacht omdat we een wedstrijd hadden in Loughborough 15 minuten rijden er vandaan.'

'We hebben verschillende hotels geprobeerd maar komen toch steeds hier weer terug. Het hotel ligt voor ons zeer centraal en makkelijk langs de M1, de service en vriendelijkheid is optimaal, het ontbijt geweldig en mocht er toch iets niet goed zijn wordt het meteen verholpen.'

'The hotel is easily reached by bus from either Derby or Nottingham. However, if you plan to do a lot of sightseeing in the area, it's probably best to have your own car. In spite of its proximity to M1, the hotel is set in a quiet and pleasant location. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful: one of them was on the same bus as us when we arrived, and kindly walked us from the bus stop to the hotel. 'Muffe en donkere kamer, met een badkamer die echt aan vervanging toe is. Kamers zijn ook vrij gehorig. Algemene ruimtes van het hotel zoals de bar zijn wel prima. Locatie is uitstekend op korte loopafstand van de terminal'

'This was our third time staying at Mackworth House Farm and, as ever, Peter was the perfect host. The room was clean, tidy and spacious with a beautiful view of the garden. Check-in process was quick, and Peter was on hand to answer any questions we had. The breakfast options were plentiful, and there was a lovely pub a short distance away for evening meals/drinks. Can highly recommend for those wanting to stay in and around the Peak District.'

'We absolutely loved our stay from beginning till almost the end. When we arrived we were told by the male staff member that breakfast was included. At check out that turned out not to be the case. We should have checked ourselves, but the insincere apology from the manager is the reason why we left somewhat disappointed.'
