The neighborhood is peaceful and the people friendly. This is a great spot to rest after a long day.

The unit has an attached “Mother-in-law” suite on the back which is also a short term rental. The units share a wall but are separate in all other ways. Each unit has its own entrance, driveway, yard and laundry room. Unless coming or going at the same time, you’ll never see each other.

You have access to your entire unit minus a small owners closet.

Share rides such as Uber and Lyft are available and the bus has a stop within walking distance of the house. Many of our neighbors commute on bicycles.

We understand that many medical related visits require multiple trips. We are happy to assist you with future visits and will consider these costs when negotiating your return visit.
