My family was 6 plus the dog for my son's graduation at UF.Pros: The apartment is very spacious, with several beds and laundry. Quiet and clean. Simple check-in and check-out instructions, and good communication with the host. It's close to the hospital, mall, restaurant, and UF. There's a pool in the complex, and the apartment has a balcony.Cons: There are no TVs in the rooms.

My family of 4 stayed here over Thanksgiving. Communication with property manager was great. Unit needs some very basic cleaning supplies like kitchen towels, clean sponges or dishwasher packets. Washclothes not available.

Excellent Stay

If you are looking for a weekend trip to UF for a Gator game or other UF event this is a great place to stay. Located right of I-75 and convenient to the Oaks Mall and looks of quality restaurants. The rental unit is quiet, clean and enjoyable.

Not what I expected

We arrived around 8 PM on Friday night to a lot of people in the parking lot smoking and drinking and kind of being loud was a little scary and sketchy and kind of heard that most of the night got out was looking forward to a cuppa coffee because I was tired from lack of sleep and the coffee pot does not work. It’s secure and it needs to be, the scaled so it did not work. I was not happy will not ever stay here again.

In Town For Work

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean, priced right and perfectly located to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We booked this for a week while we worked in town and our crew loved it. We will be back for the second portion of our project.

Great spot to visit our UF student

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment was very clean and roomy even with multiple beds in the rooms. The check in and out process was super simple and the smart lock system made it easy to come and go. The shower pressure was really good. A lot of attention to detail and efforts to make the stay comfortable were very apparent. We will look forward to staying at this property again in the future when we visit our college student.

No sleep - noise from neighbors

The interior of the unit could have been cleaner; cobwebs on the walls and very dirty baseboards. However, the kitchen, bedding, etc. was all in good order, but I would recommend a review of the housekeeping. I would also recommend providing information regarding the television cable or satellite. Our biggest issue with this property was the noise caused by the neighbors. This is a ground floor unit. The unit directly above us had a group of kids that appeared to be traveling for sports. They ran, jumped, and did whatever until midnight one night, and until 4 am the second night. It literally rattled things in our unit. There was also a 4 am screaming match from one of the next door neighbors. I realize that the unit owner or property manager has no control over this; however, I would not book this unit again because of the noise.

Nice enough but not perfect

Easy to find, host was great in communicating and gave us a fantastic review - which we deserved lol but I still feel bad saying anything negative in return I just want to be honest. The place itself was very clean so it wasn’t that, but some of the stuff in was a little worn. Obviously, we weren’t expecting a five star hotel but I do feel that with minimal investment they could make it much nicer. Scratches on the nightstand, ratty futon cover, the floor mat at the food of the bed was dirty, that kind of thing. We had only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and couldn’t find any others. Overall, I am pickier than most people so maybe I notice things that others would not care about. Like I said, it was clean and the host was great with communication and the location was easy to find.
