'Perfect family owned facility. They make you feel right at home. From advice of where to eat, pool and beach towels, beach chairs and even sand buckets I saw for the kids to use which makes traveling a breeze. Boardwalk and beach access is a hop skip and jump across the street. No crazy elevator wait times or crowds in your way at The Darlington. This is our forever weekend getaway place. 'The beds were really comfortable. All the typical amenities that Hilton provides. We had a great stay! My husband wasn’t a fan of the egg/bagel part of breakfast and wished they would go back to regular scrambled eggs and meat, but there’s so much to choose from we had other options. The pool was clean and the lobby coffee was always full! '

'This property is prbly the nicest in the area. From the time we walked in, we could tell it was well maintained and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean, and bed comfortable. Don't expect the Ritz-Carlton if your not willing to pay the price. This is a nice budget friendly hotel and i wd recommend it.'

'Pro's: direct on the beach, room is big enough, clean. There's a fridge, a microwave and a coffeemaker with coffee. Not the season for a pool, but it looked nice. Cons: for the cold nights the blankets didn't do it. Putting on the heating unit made so much noise that you couldn't sleep through it. The wall/door to the adjacent room made it that you could literally follow the conversation there. '
