This stylish place is perfect for large groups, & wedding parties of 11! Phenomenal in Fuquay is a dream house over 100 years old, fully renovated w/4 large bedrooms, 4 full baths, open living area for entertaining, coffee bar & pet friendly! Relax on the porch or by the firepit together, or cook & stay in this large spacious home , it has it all! With two large king bedrooms on the main floor and two full baths, and two large queen bedrooms on the second floor, each with their own en suite, bathrooms, and walk-in closets. There is room for everyone. Were they fully stopped kitchen you could have wonderful meals together at the large dining table or movie night in the large living room. Everything’s new & spacious, tons of outdoor spaces fenced in yard & tons of parking! Only 8 min from Mims House,, close to Holly Springs, Apex,RDU, Raleigh & Durham.

This was a great house for us. Four bedrooms and 4 full baths was so helpful. Two up and two down, all with attached bath but the one front downstairs bedroom, but they used the hall full bath. It was clean, plenty of towels, even had shampoo and conditioner and soap. Fenced in back yard was nice. On a busy street but the rear circle drive was helpful to get in and out. We didn't cook much but it appeared to have enough cookware. Dishes and glasses were plentiful and nice! Also two a/c and furnaces made it nice so each floor could choose their temp. Nicely decorated. Would definitely stay there again!

We came to Fuquay Varina for a family wedding, and this was a great home for our family. The home looks just like the pictures and is clean. I loved having the coffee bar!! It was in a convenient for all of the weekend events. The host is extremely receptive to any questions!!

Booked this for a family wedding in the area. Rooms were comfortable. Bathrooms had full sized shampoo and conditioner! Coffee area was much appreciated as we were up late and out early. Convenient to downtown and surrounding areas. Neighborhood is obviously in flux but home uses fencing to provide privacy.

Perfect rental for a group of adults.

It is actually fairly difficult to find a property that is setup with enough actual bedrooms/the correct beds for multiple adults. This place was great for our group down in NC attending a wedding. Conveniently located, clean, and quite nice inside.

You're going love this house!

Fabulous house! Excellent location; about 30 minutes from RDU. Two upstairs b/r each with en-suite bath. Two downstairs king b/r one with en-suite bath, the other shares with the main floor. Nicely remodeled and all the comforts of home. Privacy fence, circle drive. Excellent, communicative host.

Great option for friends and family

The open floorplan was great. The appliances were new. There were plenty of utensils and plates & cups The bedrooms were roomy. All the bathrooms worked out well. Everything was neat and clean. We even did laundry once. The road was busy, so the circular drive that went behind the house and yard made sense. The blackout shades were a nice touch. We didn't get to use the yard much, but the fencing made it private.

Perfect for the Holidays

We stayed at this home during the week of Thanksgiving. We were walking distance to part of the downtown area of Fuquay-Varina. The home was more than accommodating in the kitchen and for young kids. They had adequate linens, blankets, kitchen wares, and high chair for children. The host had thought about everything you may need. Check-in instructions were perfect for navigating your arrival. Part of our group walked to the Mason Jar, J & S pizza, and Aviator during our stay. We will definitely rebook this property when we can, in order to see our family that lives in town.

Absolutely amazing

Literally this house is like the title says. Every rooms has their own bathroom. Master bathroom shower is incredible. Fenced in back yard with covered porch was really nice and plenty of parking for three familys. Everything was literally just so nice and clean. My family and I truly felt at home in this place. I have some family that live in this town and will be staying here again when we come to visit for now on.

PERFECT!!!

83 yr old parents, 55 yr old single sister, 2 teenage kids, and my wife & I. From top to bottom, this property was a gem! Clean…actually seemed to have never been stayed in. Working order…everything from kitchen to baths was perfect. It was roomier than promised! Furniture from beds to couches…felt like home. ONE UNDERSTATEMENT…master bath on the ground floor is AMAZING…should have been advertised better…WOW! We will be staying here again. Best part of our trip. 👍😊😍
