'The on-site restaurant, Appetite, is absolutely outstanding! The quality of service is top-notch — the staff is not only incredibly polite but also remarkably efficient. A special mention goes to Mr. M. Bari, whose professionalism and warm hospitality truly set him apart. He’s an exceptional host who made our dining experience memorable.'

'This hotel is within walking distance of the train station. If you are American this would compare to a Motel 6. Not European sparkling clean, but hygienic. The staff is wonderfully helpful and the roof top resturant is very good. I arrived after midnight and although the restuarant was offically closed for room service, they broght dinner.'

'The staff was very helpful and they were able to organize taxis to both Ajanta and Ellora caves. Free breakfast and near by restaurants made getting food easy. Good for a solo traveler.'

'This was a wonderful relaxing oasis to use as a base to explore the Ellora and Ajanta caves. Staff were thoughtful and efficient from the front office staff to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Food was delicious. A car and careful, thoughtful driver were organised for my excursions. The grounds are beautiful and fragrant with flowering trees and plants and birdsong fills the air. Such a different experience to the normal India hotel stay.'

'Had issues with my bank and the manager was brilliant in assisting me. Went way beyond his obligations. Very kind. He ended up phoning my wife and son in Canada in an effort to resolve my dilemma. Very stressful. However he was very understanding. Staff were terrific. Lovely place.'

'Nice service the hotel is easy to access. The wifi is the problem to connect you need to put room number and last name but the staff never put last name in the database I need to out ABC in my last name to connect to wifi'
