'Waited a while at front desk as no one was there to check us in. Once there, they were very friendly and helpful. I heard another guest complain that their door wouldn't close and lock. Our deadbolt wouldn't lock. They did give both of us different rooms. The shower in new room was dirty. The carpet wasn't clean. No hair dryer. Not too bad, just not good.'

'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be.

Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. If you’re traveling solo, make sure to ask for a room that’s not adjoining. I did not feel safe knowing the person in the room next to...
