"It is a good accomdation, our room was small, but good. WE missed a cooler, because the oppotunities for buying stuff was not so big, in the accomodation. When we checked in the woman at the desk really tried to understand us en for us to inderstand her. "

It started with the fact that my credit card had already been charged the morning before my arrival. Then, unlike my previous visit, I was given a very, very small room, even though I had requested the same room. Finally, the quality of the food in the restaurant had also been downgraded.
