Dining table seats 5 and kitchen bar seats 4. Plus child's high chair in dining area. Updated seating in living room with a river rock wood fireplace, flatscreen, free WiFi, cable and board games. Unit has 2 surface parking spaces. Condo is located on the first and second floors with an entrance on each floor. Walk out the deck door to the river. Cross Creek complex has extensive grounds. The south facing decks also view Mt. Royal. Washer and dryer in unit. A community grill deck with gas grill is just off the side deck from the kitchen. Please Note: Only 2 pets allowed. A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

2 surface parking spots (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs.
